Here's what you need to know about the delivery and returns of our eco friendly Christmas and special occasion crackers.
Delivery information
We currently deliver to the mainland UK only, excluding remote areas of Scotland and the Highlands & Islands.
Standard delivery
£3.50 (for orders under £75) - 3 to 5 days including Saturdays.
£6.00 (for orders over £75) - 3 to 5 days including Saturdays.
Please note, delivery to remote UK postcodes may take a day or two longer.
Next day delivery before 1pm* (order by 2pm the day before)
£8.80 (for orders under £75) for delivery Monday to Friday
£15.00 (for orders over £75) for delivery Monday to Friday

Returns Policy
Returning an item that is faulty or damaged
If you receive a parcel that is faulty or damaged please let us know straight away so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund for you but if that’s not possible please ensure you do so within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returning an order under the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order* and return it to us, providing you let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@thealternativecrackercompany.com or call 07930 945450 between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have already received your parcel you will need to return it in the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving it and at your own expense. Once received by us, we will process your return within 14 days. * Please note, personalised items or food/drink items are not covered by these regulations.
